Indoor pickleball facility coming to Greenville’s Eastside in 2025
Waymor Sports Inc., the national franchise operator of The Picklr, recently signed the lease on an approximately 25,701-square-foot space at the North Hills Shopping Center, located at 2435 E. North St.
Eight pro-quality pickleball courts will be available at the new club. The Pickler will also feature a pro shop, private event space, lounge space, locker rooms, and grab-and-go food and beverages.

Charlotte Developer, a Man of ‘Deep Faith,’ Earned Bronze Star in Vietnam then Led YMCA

Tex-Mex Favorite Superica Opens Soon in Strawberry Hill
Superica's second Charlotte location will open at Aston center, Strawberry Hill, on November 16th. The 5,900 sf space will include arcade games, an outdoor patio, and bar. The Austin-based restaurant is known for its tacos, margaritas, and queso fundido.

Governor Northam Announces T-Mobile Customer Experience Center
T-Mobile will relocate one of its Customer Experience Centers to Richmond, VA. This relocation will bring $30 million in new investment to the facility, retain approximately 800 jobs, and create up to 500 new jobs. The center will be located on Laburnum Avenue and will be built in a former Sam's Club.
“T-Mobile has been a valued employer and partner to the Commonwealth for many years, and we are proud that the company has chosen to grow its Customer Experience Center in Henrico County,” said Governor Northam.
