Aston has launched the final phase of Village Commons in Wesley Chapel, completing a 25-year master plan that has grown alongside the community. This new phase adds 110,000 square feet of retail, dining, and service space at the corner of Highway 84 and Waxhaw Indian Trail Road.
Publix will anchor the development with a 50,000+ square-foot store slated to open in late 2026. Other confirmed tenants include WestLake Ace Hardware, Novant Health, Heartland Dental, and Chase Bank. About 22,000 square feet remains available, with Aston focused on attracting a mix of fast-casual and full-service restaurants, fitness concepts, and family-oriented businesses.
The layout includes a standout restaurant or brewery space with an outdoor patio overlooking the Village Green, a public gathering area with seating and walking paths. “This isn’t just about leasing space — it’s about creating a destination,” said Aston VP Lauren Hansen.
This final phase joins a portfolio of Aston-led developments across the region, including Catawba Ridge Market in Fort Mill and WestLake Village in Lake Wylie — all built with a focus on grocery anchors and long-term community impact.
